Anamar Naish

Anamar Naish, Esq. serves as the Director of Compliance and Global Mobility at Cincinnati Children's since September 2019, overseeing compliance with pre-onboarding regulatory standards and facilitating international employee movement. Prior to this role, Anamar held positions including HR Manager-Talent Acquisition & Immigration and HR Immigration Consultant. As Co-Founder and President of Cincinnati for Puerto Rico, Anamar has been instrumental in providing assistance to those affected by Hurricane Maria, raising over $100,000 for children’s hospitals. Anamar's prior experience includes serving as a Senior Immigration Specialist at itelligence North America and an Immigration Paralegal at Frost Brown Todd, focusing on various aspects of immigration law. Anamar is a Juris Doctor graduate from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, School of Law, and also holds degrees in Political Science from the University of Puerto Rico and Law from Universidad de Salamanca.
