Gurjit Khurana Hershey

Gurjit (Neeru) Khurana Hershey, MD, PhD, serves as Co-Director of the Office of Pediatric Clinical Fellowships and Director of the Division of Asthma Research at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center, where a distinguished career since 1997 has included numerous leadership roles such as the Kindervelt Endowed Chair in Asthma Research and director of the Center for Translational Research in Allergy and Asthma. At the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, involvement since 2003 encompasses roles such as Director of the Medical Scientist Training Program and Affiliate Faculty of the Cancer and Cell Biology Graduate Program. Educational achievements include an MD and PhD in Immunology from Washington University in St. Louis, a post-doctoral research position at the same institution, and an Executive Leadership in Academic Medicine program at Drexel University College of Medicine.
