Peter Adebi

Peter Adebi holds multiple professional certifications, including SPHR and CPDC, and possesses extensive experience in human resources leadership. Currently serving as the Chief HR and Diversity Officer at Cincinnati Children's since January 2024, Peter Adebi contributes to the executive team's mission and strategic objectives, leading HR, DEI, and Community Relations functions. Previously, from February 2002 to January 2024, Peter Adebi excelled as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Nemours, where responsibilities included developing HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, enhancing associate engagement, and overseeing talent development initiatives. Prior roles include leadership positions at Star Leadership®, Prudential Financial, and Pinacor Inc., along with a foundational education featuring a Master of Science in Administration from Lincoln University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Lagos.
