Whittney Brady has a comprehensive and extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Whittney Brady began their career as a Registered Nurse (RN) at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center in 1992 and held various roles within the organization, including Clinical Coordinator, Charge Nurse, Clinical Manager, Clinical Director of the ECMO Program, and Clinical Director of the NICU. Whittney Brady also served as the Center Director for the NIDCAP program and completed the Intermediate Improvement Science Series (I2S2) Graduate program during their tenure at the hospital.

In 2012, Whittney joined the American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE) as an AONE Nurse Fellow. Additionally, they served as a Board Member for the March of Dimes from 2016 to 2017.

As of September 2020, Whittney is currently serving as the Vice President of Patient Services at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. Prior to this role, they were the Assistant Vice President and Assistant Vice President Practice at the same institution.

Whittney Brady later completed their Doctor of Nursing Practice degree in Health Systems Leadership at Mount Saint Joseph University from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, they attained the Nurse Executive certification from the American Nurses Association in 2016.
