Travis Rowley has extensive experience in education and workforce development, currently serving as the Performance Evaluation Manager at Cincinnati Public Schools since August 2018. In this role, Travis has successfully led various employment pipeline programs, ensuring 100% of participating students met or exceeded performance expectations. Prior to this, Travis spent seven years at DePaul Cristo Rey High School, where as Director of Operations for the Corporate Work Study Program, responsibilities included managing a team that provided job coaching for over 300 students. Travis's earlier roles include a Policy Advisor Fellow at Leadership for Educational Equity, Foreign English Teacher at Bear American English School, and several teaching positions in middle schools across multiple school districts. Travis holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Syracuse University and a Post-Baccalaureate Teaching Certificate in Middle/Secondary Social Studies Education from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
