Alisa Poe is an accomplished human resources and organizational development leader with extensive experience in various high-level roles. Currently serving as the Vice President of Organizational Development at Cincinnati-Hamilton County Community Action Agency since January 2021, Poe collaborates with executive leadership to enhance organizational capabilities.
