Marie J. Carter

Marie J. Carter is the Founder and Director of Moms Who SOAR, LLC, established in October 2021. In addition, Marie serves as the Director of Child Care Partnerships and Mental Health & Disabilities Coordinator at the Cincinnati-Hamilton County Community Action Agency since November 2009. Marie holds a Master of Arts in Clinical, Counseling and Applied Psychology from Xavier University, where studies were completed from 2004 to 2008.
