Pamela Minter

Pamela Minter has extensive experience in early childhood education and community service, currently serving as the Early Childhood Center Operations Director and previously as Early Childhood Principal at the Cincinnati-Hamilton County Community Action Agency since April 2008. Prior to this role, Pamela Minter worked at Hamilton County Job and Family Services from September 1984 to November 2006, holding the position of Manager. Pamela Minter holds a Master of Science in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University (2005-2007), a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Northern Kentucky University (1980-1982), and an Associate's degree in Social Services Technology from the University of Cincinnati.
