Rachel Luckey

Rachel Luckey is the Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer at Cincinnati-Hamilton County Community Action Agency, responsible for leading a team in delivering HR programs and services. Previously, Rachel worked at Xavier University as a Human Resources Business Partner and at Brown Mackie College as the RVP of Human Resources. Rachel also has experience in recruitment and training at various companies such as Cummins Turbo Technologies and Mount Pleasant Waterworks. Rachel holds a Doctorate Degree in Organizational Leadership from Argosy University.
