Kelsey Enderle

Senior Director, Guest Engagement at CINCINNATI MUSEUM CENTER

Kelsey Enderle has a diverse work experience in various roles and organizations. Kelsey began their career in 2010 as a Student Technical Staff and Properties Designer at Xavier University, where they researched, designed, and purchased props and set decorations for theater productions. Kelsey also worked as a Tutor, teaching study and time management skills, and helping students understand history, English, and French materials.

In 2011, Kelsey joined American Legacy Tours as a Tour Guide, leading 2-hour tours about Cincinnati history for groups of up to 80 people. Kelsey partnered with other guides, advertised additional tour experiences, and answered guest questions.

At the Archdiocese of Cincinnati in 2013, Kelsey served as a Catholic Campaign for Human Development Intern, meeting with non-profits that received funding and coordinating speakers for local parishes. Kelsey also assisted in the grant reviewing process.

In 2014, Kelsey had a Professional Internship at Walt Disney World, where they invited guests to participate in the Wilderness Explorer program and educated them about animals, wildlife, and conservation. Kelsey offered suggestions and messages to hundreds of people each day.

Kelsey joined the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden in 2015 as a Zoo Troop Instructor, leading activities focused on animals, nature, and conservation for children aged 18 months to 12 years. Kelsey prepared teaching materials, led hikes to animal exhibits, and nurtured the growth of each child.

Also in 2015, Kelsey joined the Cincinnati Museum Center as a Manager of Public Programs, responsible for creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for Museum Camps. Kelsey communicated with camp families, hired and supervised staff and interns, and ensured an excellent guest experience.

In 2018, Kelsey advanced to the role of Director of Guest Experience & Services at the Cincinnati Museum Center, overseeing the guest experience and services department. Kelsey held this position until 2021.

Currently, Kelsey holds the position of Senior Director of Guest Engagement at the Cincinnati Museum Center, a role they started in February 2022. In this position, they are responsible for managing and enhancing guest engagement initiatives.

Throughout their career, Kelsey has demonstrated a passion for education, creativity, and providing excellent guest experiences in cultural and educational settings.

Kelsey Enderle obtained a Bachelor's Degree in French and History with minors in Peace Studies and Gender and Diversity Studies from Xavier University. Prior to attending Xavier University, Kelsey Enderle completed their high school education at McAuley High School. Additionally, Kelsey Enderle has obtained certifications in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross, obtained in May 2017, and in Youth Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid USA in 2015.
