Rodney Maggard

Rodney Maggard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rodney began their career as the General Manager of Energy Savers Electrical and Mechanical Contractors, overseeing residential and commercial projects and ensuring they were completed on budget and within specified timeframes. In 1999, Maggard ventured into real estate as the Owner/Asset Manager of Maggard Real Estate Ventures. Rodney successfully negotiated property acquisitions, optimized the real estate portfolio through targeted renovations, and achieved a significant increase in property value. Maggard then transitioned to the role of Senior Operations Manager at The Kenwood Towne Centre, where they directed all physical operations of the 1.3 million square-foot property and oversaw construction coordination. In 2015, they joined Steiner + Associates, Inc. as the Director of Operations, where they played a pivotal role in the company's success until 2018. Currently, Maggard serves as the Associate Vice President at the Cincinnati Museum Center.

Rodney Maggard completed their Bachelor's degree in Anthropology/Archaeology from Miami University between 2001 and 2003. Prior to that, they attended the University of Kentucky from 1993 to 1996, but did not obtain a degree. Their field of study during their time at the University of Kentucky was Electrical Engineering.
