Kevin Skinner is an accomplished chemist and educator with extensive experience in academia. Currently serving as a Full-Time Instructor on a tenure track at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College since July 2024, Kevin has also held adjunct professor positions at Lorain County Community College and Cuyahoga Community College since June and May 2022, respectively, focusing on general and organic chemistry. Kevin's expertise includes implementing computational chemistry in laboratory settings and advising undergraduate research projects. Prior to these roles, Kevin was a Visiting Assistant Professor at Oberlin College, a Graduate Student at the University of Michigan where a PhD in Physical Chemistry was earned, and an educator at Ursuline College. Kevin's solid academic foundation includes a B.S. in Chemistry from The University of Akron and an Associate of Science with Honors from Lorain County Community College.
