Director of Digital Content & Innovation at Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra

KC Commander is the current Director of Digital Content & Innovation at the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra. Prior to this, KC held the position of Board of Directors at Metropolitan Youth Symphony Orchestras of Atlanta from July 2018 to October 2021 and Content Manager at Atlanta Symphony Orchestra from September 2015 to February 2021.

KC has always had a passion for music and storytelling. As a Content Manager, KC was responsible for social media strategy, email marketing, and video production. In this role, KC was able to tell the stories of the Symphony and reach the audience where they are.

In 2018, KC became involved with Metropolitan Youth Symphony Orchestras of Atlanta as a Board of Directors member. In this role, KC helped support the organization in its 30th anniversary season.

KC is excited to continue their work in digital content and innovation at the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra.

KC Commander has a Master of Arts in Musicology from the Hugh Hodgson School of Music and a Bachelor of Music in Music Theory from the same school.

They are on a team with Corinne Wiseman - Digital Content Manager, Lee Snow - Digital Content Technology Manager, and Kaitlyn Driesen - Digital Production Manager. KC Commander reports to Paul Pietrowski, VP of Orchestra & Production.
