Calista Hargrove

Calista Hargrove serves as the Chief of Programs & Operations Officer and Vice President of Workforce Development at Cincinnati Works since May 2014, where responsibilities include designing and managing program delivery strategies and overseeing staff to ensure successful outcomes.
