Glenna Parks

Glenna Parks has extensive experience in career development and human resources, currently serving as the Career Center Coordinator, Director of Coaching, and Director of National Replication at Cincinnati Works since September 1998. Throughout this tenure, Glenna Parks has focused on providing direct services to members and managing office administration, with a commitment to fostering financial self-sufficiency for families in the greater Cincinnati area. Prior to this, Glenna Parks worked at Prudential Healthcare from July 1981 to February 1998, holding various roles in dental claims processing, healthcare data entry, mailroom operations, and personnel management, ultimately concluding as a Human Resource Specialist. Glenna Parks is an alumnus of the University of Cincinnati Batavia.
