Nikki Lee is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Founding Data Scientist at Cinder since December 2025, Nikki previously held various positions at Notion from July 2022 to December 2025, including Data Science Manager and Data Scientist. Nikki's experience at Spotify from January 2018 to July 2022 encompassed management of the Content Analytics team as well as pivotal roles that melded insights projects with machine learning to enhance recommendation systems. Prior to Spotify, Nikki worked at Visa as a Senior Product Analyst and Business Analyst, and served as President of The Berkeley Project, the largest student-run community service organization at UC Berkeley. Nikki holds a Master's degree in Information & Data Science from UC Berkeley School of Information and dual Bachelor's degrees in Statistics and Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley.
