Marlee R has seven years of work experience, beginning in 2009. In 2009, they worked as a Motion Graphics intern for Public Citizen. In 2010, they worked as a Summer Intern for Small Demons. In 2012, they worked as a Special Project Production Specialist for Ncredible Entertainment. In 2013, they worked as a Shift Supervisor and Catering Coordinator for Panera Bread. In 2016, they worked as a Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist for LASplash Cosmetics. In 2015, they began working as a Freelance Graphic Designer, a role they still hold today. Since 2017, Marlee has also been working as a Marketing and Graphic Design Specialist for Cinema Secrets.

Marlee R is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in Marketing at California State University, Los Angeles, which they began in 2021.
