Vi West, PMP, is an accomplished leader in food and beverage operations with extensive experience in training and development within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as the Director of Food & Beverage Operations and Training at Cinemark since March 2017, Vi West strategically collaborates with internal partners to design and execute culinary initiatives, oversees comprehensive training programs, and champions innovative digital training solutions. Previous roles included Director of Restaurant Operations Training at Cinemark, and Regional Training Manager at Pei Wei, where Vi West successfully facilitated restaurant openings and developed training systems. A background in restaurant management at P.F. Chang's China Bistro and an educational foundation in journalism, public relations, and paralegal studies further enhances Vi West’s expertise in operational excellence and training methodologies.
