Michael Giovinazzo

Michael Giovinazzo is an accomplished software development professional with extensive experience in the entertainment sector. Since June 2009, Michael has held various leadership roles at Cineplex, including Director of Software Development and Senior Manager of Online & Digital Systems Development. Key achievements include the development of a new Online Ticketing platform that generated over $3 million in its first 30 days and has amassed over $1 billion in sales. Additionally, Michael developed the Cineplex Connect platform, unifying user profile data across all Cineplex systems. Prior to Cineplex, Michael worked as a Software Developer at Clarity Systems from June 2002 to May 2009. Michael holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Toronto (2001-2005).
