Debosmita Nandy

Debosmita Nandy has extensive work experience in the legal field. Debosmita is currently the Head of Legal at Cinépolis India, a position they have held since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked at ITC Limited for ten years, first as an Associate Manager in the Legal department from March 2012 to June 2014, and later as a Senior Manager from July 2014 to February 2022. Before joining ITC Limited, they worked as an Associate at Khaitan & Co from April 2009 to February 2012, where they specialized in commercial arbitration, civil disputes, and intellectual property litigation. Debosmita also gained experience through internships at Amarchand Mangaldas, Trilegal, and Luthra & Luthra Law Offices in 2008.

Debosmita Nandy attended Gokhale Memorial Girls' School from 1990 to 2002 and completed their Class X education in English, Bengali, Mathematics, Social Sciences, Physical Sciences, Life Sciences, and Additional Math. Debosmita then studied at The Future Foundation School from 2002 to 2004, where they completed their Class XII education in the field of Science with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology. Lastly, they attended The West Bengal National University of Juridicial Sciences, Kolkata from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a B.A. LLB (Hons) degree in Law.
