Claude Kouakou Emmanuel AKA has had a diverse work experience, beginning in 2009 as a Technicien informatique at Polyclinique Internationale Sainte-Anne-Marie (PISAM). In 2011, they moved to KANIC-MARKETING as an Ingénieur Commercial. In 2012, they became a Sales Corporate at PDASHOP. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Microcred as a Superviseur - Gestionnaires de Portefeuilles and a Gestionnaire de Portefeuille PME. In 2018, they were hired as a Chef d'Agence at CREDIT ACCESS. In 2020, they became an Operation & Finance Manager at BSMS GROUP and a Head of Sales Operations and Business Development Manager at CINETPAY.

Claude Kouakou Emmanuel AKA received a Brevet de Technicien Supérieur in Informatique from the École Supérieure de Technologie between 2006 and 2008. Claude Kouakou Emmanuel then attended the same school and obtained an Ingénieur Commercial in Finance, Gestion, Management, Marketing from 2008 to 2011.
