Kelly Drew 🟡🟢

Kelly Drew has over 25 years of experience in the Leisure industry. Currently, they work as the Operations Director (South) at Cineworld Cinemas Ltd, where they are responsible for managing a team of Regional Managers and implementing the Operations strategic plan. Prior to this role, Kelly was a Regional Manager at Cineworld, overseeing 12 multiplex cinemas and executing the company strategy. Kelly also has experience as a General Manager at a 10-screen cinema. Before joining Cineworld, Kelly worked at British Airways as a Centre Manager, where they were responsible for running a Training Centre. Kelly also has previous experience as an Operations Manager at Odeon & UCI Cinemas.

Kelly Drew attended Dunstable College of Higher Education from 1987 to 1989, where they obtained a DMS degree in Leisure and Recreational Management. Kelly also attended Cedars Upper School in Leighton Buzzard but did not pursue any specific degree or field of study there. Kelly later completed a Certificate in School Business Management at the Institute of Administrative Management. In addition to their education, they have obtained certifications including IOSH from the British Safety Council in 2022, Youth Mental Health First Aid Awareness from StreetGames UK in 2021, and Wicklander-Zulawski Certified- Workplace Investigation from W-Z in 2019.
