Shaun Jones

Shaun Jones has extensive work experience in the cinema industry, starting as a Cinema Manager at Apollo Cinemas Ltd in 1988 and later becoming the General Manager of the Apollo Cinema in Rhyl. Shaun then worked as the Theatre Manager at Theatr Clwyd, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a multi-function venue. In 1994, they joined BHP Billiton as part of a Crisis Management and Specialist PR Response Team, handling crisis management and PR communications for the company. Shaun also worked at North Wales Police as a Section Officer, leading and developing a team of Special Constables. Shaun joined Cineworld Cinemas Ltd in 2001 and held various roles, including General Manager of their first multiplex in Wales, Regional Manager for North West England & North Wales, Senior Regional Manager, Head of Operations for the UK & Ireland, and finally, Vice President of Operations & Company Director for the UK & Ireland. Throughout their career, Shaun has demonstrated leadership, operational management, and strategic planning skills.

Shaun Jones completed their education with a HND in Computing from the University of South Wales in 2004. Prior to that, they earned a HNC in Business & Information Technology from the same university in 2001. In 1999, Shaun Jones completed their RSA Level II degree in Integrated Business Technology Stage Two from OCR.
