Milton Jones Jr

Milton Jones Jr has a diverse work experience in the field of credit and collections. Milton started their career in 2001 as a Collection Manager at General Revenue Corporation and worked there for ten years. In 2011, they joined SNAAC as a Recovery Manager and stayed with the company until 2015.

In 2015, Jones joined Cinfed Credit Union, where they held various roles and responsibilities. Milton started as the Manager of Collections and Card Services and worked in that position until December 2019. Later, they were promoted to the role of Collections and Card Services Director, a position they held until June 2022.

In June 2022, Jones was promoted to the role of VP of Collections and Card Services at Cinfed Credit Union. Shortly after, in July 2022, they took on the additional responsibility of VP of Lending Operations and Card Services. Milton currently holds both positions at the company.

Milton Jones Jr attended ITT Technical Institute from 2002 to 2004, where they pursued an Associates of Applied Science degree in Computer Networking.
