Ashwani Kumar possesses extensive experience in social development and project management, currently serving as a State Liaison Officer and Senior Technical Officer at CInI - Collectives for Integrated Livelihood Initiatives, Tata Trusts since December 2021. Previous roles include Social Development Specialist at a consultancy (April 2020 - November 2021), Social Development & Communication Specialist at SPMU, State Water & Sanitation Mission (November 2017 - March 2020), and Manager Water at Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (April 2017 - September 2017). Ashwani has also worked with the United Nations Population Fund as a District Consultant for Family Planning and as a District Programme Officer with Care India. Earlier positions include District Mobilization Coordinator for UNICEF's Polio eradication program and District Program Manager for the National Rural Health Mission. Educational qualifications include an M.A. in Sociology from Gorakhpur University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business and Entrepreneurship Management from E.D.I.I Ahmadabad, and an Advanced Diploma in Computer Science.
