Design Project Coordinator at Cini-Little International

Joseph Brill has a diverse work experience in the food service industry. Joseph began their career as a Line Cook at Ristorante Banfi from January 2005 to December 2006. Joseph then joined The Little Nell as a Line Cook from September 2003 to September 2004. After that, they worked at Westchester Country Club as a Restaurant Management Intern from May 2006 to September 2006, where they created a training program for front-of-house employees and assisted in the design of the wine program. Currently, Joseph is a Design Project Coordinator at Cini-Little International Inc., a position they have held since July 2007.

Joseph Brill attended The Culinary Institute of America from 2003 to 2004, earning an Associates degree in Culinary Arts. Following this, they pursued further education at Cornell University from 2005 to 2007, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned.
