Pasi Pitkänen

Pasi Pitkänen is an experienced operations and people management professional currently serving as Operations Manager at Cinia since January 2023, focusing on leadership and connectivity within the organization. Previous roles include Company Culture Advisor at Futuriot, Head of People and Culture at Huld, and Head of People and Culture at RD Velho Oy, where Pasi played a key role in company culture development and supporting significant growth. Pasi also has entrepreneurial experience founding a mapping service utilizing drone technology and held various managerial positions at Digia, SYSOPENDIGIA, Yomi, Nokia, and ELOFIN, overseeing teams and driving competence development. Pasi holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Tampere University of Technology.
