Gagandeep Sharma

Gagandeep Sharma has extensive work experience in the Information Technology industry. Gagandeep began their career as a Desktop Support Engineer at Akon Infotech in 2003. Gagandeep then worked as an IT Product Manager at IT4Africa Business and Sahara Computers, responsible for managing product performance and operations. In 2012, they became the Head of Dept. I.T at The PCL, overseeing enterprise network management. From 2014 to 2017, Gagandeep served as the Business Head for SAP B1 at AdvanceOne Pty Ltd. Gagandeep then joined Double Click Consulting Limited as the GM Sales and Marketing for SAP B1 from 2018 to 2020. Gagandeep's most recent role was as the Associate Sales Director for the MEA Region at Enstrapp IT Solutions, where they focused on SAP Implementation Services and Strategic Consulting. In 2022, they joined Cinntra Infotech as their Associate Director of Sales.

Gagandeep Sharma completed a B. Tech degree in Electronic and Communications Engineering from Kalinga University, Raipur from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Electronics and Communications Engineering from VSR College of Engineering from 1999 to 2003. Gagandeep also holds various certifications including PRINCE 2 Practitioner, PRINCE 2 Foundation, ITIL Intermediate Service Management, ITIL Foundation Service Management, SAP certifications, a Certificate Course in Electronics Assembly and TV Maintenance from Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education, and additional certifications in computer hardware, networking, and Microsoft.
