Camilo Restrepo has over 20 years of experience in the music industry. Camilo began their career in 2001 as the founder of Providencia, a Colombian band that took reggae as its base and incorporated influences from Latin ghetto music such as salsa, dancehall, and plena. In 2013, they became the Legal Manager for La Fama Allstars LLC, followed by a role as Senior Legal Manager at Kapital Music in 2014. From 2016 to 2020, they were the A & R Director LATAM at Cinq Music Group, and then returned to High Beats Records in 2020 as a Senior Legal Advisor. In 2021, they became a Senior Legal Advisor at Partners Music S.A.S.
Camilo Restrepo has a long history of education. Camilo obtained a degree in Law from the Universidad de Medellín in 2014, after having studied there from 2002. In 2020, they furthered their education by obtaining a Specialist degree in Intellectual Property, Copyright and New Technologies from the Universidad Externado de Colombia, with a focus on Intellectual Property Legislation.
