Ryan Scott

Ryan Scott is the CTO at Cinsay. Ryan has been with the company since May 2014, and in that time has functioned as a Team Lead/Active Developer/Dev Ops member of the team. Ryan has been responsible for managing multiple simultaneous projects to meet the company's needs and bring their product to more countries. This has included working through locale/translation issues as well as large architectural modifications and redesigns to be able to deliver in a timely manner.

In their position as a lead, they have been pushing best practices and introduced unit testing and made steps toward continuous integration. Along with these efforts, they have been mentoring junior devs to strengthen the team and encourage cross platform cooperation efforts between the languages in use here, such as Java/PHP/Actionscript.
