Fred Decaro III

Fred DeCaro III is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in training, documentation, and public administration. Currently serving as Director of Training and Documentation at Cint since September 2021, Fred has previously held significant roles, including Registrar of Voters for the Town of Greenwich, CT, where Fred transformed the office’s operations by implementing online tools. Fred's background includes leading training and operational readiness at leading tech companies such as Flashtalking and Rocket Fuel Inc., where Fred developed onboarding programs and improved knowledge-sharing processes. With a history of consultancy through DeCaro Associates LLC and experience in various banking and technology roles, Fred holds a BA in American History from Harvard University.
