Victoria Crowley

Victoria Crowley has extensive work experience in the field of finance and FP&A. Victoria started their career as a Procurement Finance Co-op at Johnson & Johnson in 2011. Victoria then joined GE Capital in 2013, where they completed the Financial Management Program (FMP) consisting of four rotational assignments. Victoria worked in various finance roles and successfully automated the liquidity management model, saving significant time and improving efficiency.

In 2015, Victoria joined NBCUniversal Media, LLC as a Senior FP&A Analyst, supporting the management of a $500M global P&L. Victoria also worked as a Manager of Corporate FP&A, overseeing the financial performance of a $4B TV entertainment portfolio and generating financial trending schedules.

Victoria then moved to Lucid, LLC in 2019, where they held multiple roles including Manager, Senior Manager, and Associate Director of FP&A. Victoria played a key role in the growth and expansion of the company, which is a programmatic research technology platform with a global presence.

From 2022 to 2023, Victoria worked as the Director of FP&A at Aurora Solar, building and developing a world-class FP&A and Procurement team. Victoria implemented process improvements and systems to support the company's scaling and maturing operations.

Currently, Victoria is working as the Vice President of FP&A at Cint since December 2023.

Throughout their career, Victoria has demonstrated strong leadership skills, successfully managed teams, and contributed to the growth and success of the organizations they have been a part of.

Victoria Crowley is currently an MBA candidate at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, expected to graduate in 2024. Victoria previously attended Penn State University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. Additionally, they hold a certification in Financial Planning & Analysis from Wall Street Prep, obtained in 2020.
