Anna Bray Hodges

Anna Bray Hodges is an experienced recruiter and human resources professional with a robust background spanning various roles in talent acquisition and HR management. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter/Sourcing Specialist in Sales at Cintas since November 2025, Anna previously held significant positions at Blue Origin, supporting full-cycle recruiting for the HR leadership team and partnering with various corporate business units to align talent needs with organizational goals. Prior roles include Human Resources Manager at Aderholt Medical, where responsibilities included onboarding and payroll administration, as well as a Human Resources Specialist/Recruiter at MTS. Anna began her career as a Human Resources Assistant at Aderholt Medical and gained valuable experience as an intern at Leadership Greater Huntsville, contributing to community leadership initiatives. Anna is an alumnus of The University of Alabama in Huntsville, graduating in 2021.
