Dillion Bordelon

Dillion Bordelon, MBA, currently serves as a Management Trainee at Cintas since June 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Head Resource Executive at Scoutly from February 2023 to July 2024 and Business Development Director at Fulcrum Sales and Marketing from September 2019 to July 2024, where additional titles held were Senior Fellow, Junior Fellow, and Sales and Marketing Intern. Earlier in the career path, Dillion worked as a Food Server at Olive Garden from September 2017 to September 2019, a Machinist at SSI Milwork and Fencing, and an Assistant Manager at Field & Stream Shops. Dillion began a managerial role at Bordelon’s Sports Center in May 2015. Dillion holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Sales and Leadership from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology/Technician from the same institution.
