Fernando Barrientos

Fernando Barrientos is currently a Plant Manager at Cintas, overseeing daily operations for 47 routes. They began their career as a Management Trainee after earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, where they also played soccer. During their time at Cintas, they achieved recognition as the SWG Product Specialist of the Year for FY25 and contributed to an 11% growth in Total Recurring Revenue. Fernando is passionate about developing others and believes in leaving every place and person better than they found it.
