Kayla Green

Kayla Green is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles, currently serving as Human Resources Director at Cintas since June 2018. Previous positions at Cintas include Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager. Prior to Cintas, Kayla worked as an HR Consultant for the University of Cincinnati's College of Medicine, where responsibilities encompassed recruiting, onboarding, and performance management, among others. Kayla also gained HR experience as a General Office HR Intern at Kroger and as a Human Resources Intern at Cincinnati Sportservice. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree and Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources from the University of Cincinnati, complemented by a High School Diploma from Rising Sun High School.
