Michelle Barnett

Michelle Barnett is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in managing teams and processes. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Cintas since July 2019, Michelle oversees a team of over 150 partners, focusing on recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Prior to this role, Michelle worked at Target from May 2013 to July 2019, holding positions as Executive Team Lead Human Resources and Executive Team Lead for Guest Experience, where responsibilities included talent recruitment, team culture enhancement, and overall staffing management. Michelle began their career as a Human Resources Recruiter intern at the American Red Cross and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Business Administration from Illinois State University, as well as an Associate’s Degree in Sociology from Joliet Junior College.
