Patti Keeton

Patti Keeton, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned Human Resource professional with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resource Manager at Cintas since September 2000, Patti manages all aspects of human resources for multiple locations in Virginia, focusing on turnover management, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. Prior to this role, Patti worked as a Human Resource Manager at Indiana Insurance from September 1996 to July 2000, where responsibilities included supporting IT staff during the Y2K conversion, as well as providing integration support during two mergers. Patti holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Miami University, earned between 1980 and 1984.
