Pete Shepherd

Pete Shepherd is a results-driven management executive with over 20 years of experience in operations management, business development, and P&L oversight for billion-dollar corporations. They served as General Manager at Cintas Corporation from 2003 to 2007, where they provided operational expertise while managing a facility that generated over $50 million in annual revenue and leading a team of more than 230 employees. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Graham Construction Corp. from 2003 to 2006, where they established key relationships and managed multiple multi-million dollar projects. Currently, Pete is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Marketing, and Logistics at Central Michigan University.
