Zach Wollman

Zach Wollman is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a Senior HR Manager at Cintas since July 2025, Zach has held various HR roles, including HR Manager at RXO, Inc., and HR Business Partner II at TriHealth. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Business Partner for the Cincinnati Reds and an HR Recruiter for the New York Mets. Zach began a career in human resources at Mount Sinai Health System, working as an HR Project Manager and Talent Acquisition Strategist, following an initial role as an Account Executive Assistant at Gumley Haft New York. Zach holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ohio University, earned between 2007 and 2011.
