Javier Salinas Cruz possesses extensive experience in the culinary field, having worked at Cintermex since June 1985 in various roles including Chef de Eventos Internos, Subchef de Eventos, and Subchef. Prior to this, Javier contributed as a Line Cook at the Sheraton Monterrey Ambassador Hotel from June 2005 to June 2010, and as a Cook at Alimentos Selectos Del Noreste from January 2000 to July 2005. Educationally, Javier completed studies at Colegio de Bachilleres 08 in Xilitla, SLP, from 1999 to 2002.
