David Adams

Board Member at Cintrifuse

David Adams is currently a board member at Cintrifuse, an organization that helps startups in the Cincinnati area. David has also previously served as the Chief Innovation Officer and Architect of the Cincinnati Innovation District at the University of Cincinnati and as a board member at CincyTech USA. Prior to that, they were with the Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber.

Adams is responsible for building the innovation ecosystem at the University of Louisville Foundation. The Institute for Product Realization, or IPR, allows companies and individuals to create, design, build, sell and ship products at unprecedented speeds. The IPR engages companies such as GE's FirstBuild and UL's AMCC, as well as students and faculty. The innovation platform is open to organizations large and small as well as individuals and provides the unique opportunity to co-create, prototype and utilize micro-factories in a community setting. There are also opportunities to utilize state of the art technologies such as additive manufacturing or 3-D printing. Individuals or organizations can become certified by UL in these technologies.

David Adams has a Master of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from the University of Louisville, and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Louisville.
