Peter van Schaik

Peter van Schaik is an experienced IT director and program manager with a focus on change management and strategic development. Currently, they serve as a Program Manager for the Victori program at FNV, leading the migration of infrastructure and applications to the cloud, and are also a Kwartiermaker for a CRM system update. Peter has previously held leadership roles at institutions such as Tilburg University and spir-it, where they contributed to organizational improvements and strategic initiatives. They are a partner at CINX, an independent consultancy that emphasizes collaboration and effective change management in IT. Peter is pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering at Delft University of Technology.
