Chago brings a great deal of mature and successful experiences to the offerings. He compiled the CIO Services’ Application Architecture Guide, which has been successfully deployed to clients. His expertise in Agile software development methods enables the clients to rationalize and tailor their engineering and project processes resulting in optimizing the speed to a value of software assets. He is an expert in Project Management processes and is the go-to person for the establishment and execution of effective PMO functions in the clients’ domains. Chago’s global ERP implementation background has been invaluable both large and small client organizations. His deep knowledge of IT financials enables the clients to significantly reduce their IT financial footprint. He was a pioneer in the data warehousing and big data fields and is frequently invited to speak at conferences and technical boards.

Chago joined CIO Services Group after retiring as Vice President of Information Technology at AutoZone, Inc. headquarters, where he was responsible for business applications, software engineering, demand management systems, enterprise architecture, resource management, technical support for a 6000+ stores chain, corporate e-commerce sites, project management, and the PMO. Prior to AutoZone, he was Vice President of Information Services’ Solutions Delivery at Sports Authority in Denver, Colorado.
