Eric Pinero is the Senior Director and Counsel at CION Investments and serves as the Chief Legal Officer of CION Investment Corporation. With a focus on corporate and securities matters, they have managed a range of transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and various securities offerings. Prior to their current role, Eric worked as a Senior Associate at Hodgson Russ LLP and as an Associate at Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP. They hold a JD from Brooklyn Law School and a BS in Political Science and History from Roger Williams University.
