Rebecca Webster MSPT, PhD has had a varied and accomplished career in the physical therapy field. Rebecca began their career in 1998 as a Research Assistant at Yale University Child Study Center. In 2001, they took a Quality Assurance Specialist position at Macromedia, Inc. and in 2002, they worked as a Research Assistant at the San Francisco VA Medical Center. In 2003, they began working at Alta Bates Summit Medical Center, Inc. as a Rehabilitation Aide. That same year, they also began working at UCSF as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Research Associate and Graduate Research. In 2006, they became a Physical Therapist at California Pacific Medical Center. In 2011, they became an Assistant Director of Rehabilitation at HCR ManorCare. From 2013 to 2020, they were Program Director, Physical Therapist Assistant at Carrington College, where they were responsible for managing all aspects of the program. In 2020, they were appointed to the Item Writing Task Force at the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy, where they are responsible for creating content and writing questions for the National Physical Therapy Examination. Rebecca Webster MSPT, PhD currently works as Clinical Operations at CIONIC.

Rebecca Webster MSPT, PhD graduated from Yale University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Neuroscience. Rebecca then went on to earn a Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of California, San Francisco, followed by a Doctorate in Rehabilitation Science from the same institution.
