Angelo B.

Angelo B. has over three decades of experience in application analysis, development, and consultancy, primarily at Cipal Schaubroeck. Since July 2018, Angelo has been working as an application analyst developer programmer for HRM and Payroll engines. Prior to this, from March 1989 to January 2018, Angelo held various roles, including consultant for the civil affairs department, IT finance and administration, senior consultant for care and welfare applications, programmer for care and welfare, and consultant for HRM and Payroll. Angelo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from PHL (1985-1986) and a Bachelor’s degree in IT from PHL (1983-1985).
