Karen Dirkx

Karen Dirkx has a diverse background in HR, recruitment, teaching, and consulting. Currently working as a Product Owner HR Reporting at Cipal Schaubroeck, Karen is responsible for managing the product roadmap and ensuring maintenance within the Payroll and Human Resources application. Previously, Karen worked as a Recruiter at Netwerk and as a Teacher in Psychology, Economics, and Entrepreneurship at Stedelijk Onderwijs Antwerpen. Karen has also gained experience as a World Traveller, Recruitment Consultant, and Assistant Recruiter at various companies. Karen holds a Master of Education degree in Behavioral Sciences from the University of Antwerp and a Master of Science degree in Psychology: Industrial and Organisational Psychology from Ghent University.
