Andrew Robert Fenwick is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and employer solutions across a variety of industries. Currently serving as the Senior Employer Solutions Manager at CIPD, Andrew is responsible for managing relationships between organizations and their HR/L&D professional body while driving revenue growth. Previously, Andrew acted as a Financial Wellbeing Consultant at Evelyn Partners, providing support for the launch of a new digital solution, and was a founding member and Sales Director at Bippit and Wagestream, where Andrew played a crucial role in scaling operations and raising substantial funding. Andrew also held positions as Sales Director at YuLife, Head Of Sales at UpSlide, and UK Sales Manager at Re-Leased Property Software, consistently achieving high sales targets and implementing effective sales strategies.
