Audrey Burke-McCarthy

Audrey Burke-McCarthy is the founder of MotivAction, a position held since August 2004. With extensive experience in mentoring and coaching, Audrey has been a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council at the practitioner level since May 2016 and is a membership associate with CIPD since July 2003. Audrey’s previous roles include mentoring for the Cork City Enterprise Board, chairperson and vice-chairperson positions at the Marketing Institute of Ireland Cork, and serving as college director at Skerry's Business College. An MBA graduate from The Open University, Audrey also holds an advanced diploma in personal and executive coaching and has completed various professional development programs.
